    That time still had >Snow on Kilimanjaro....<

    Kikimanjaro seen from north side. Still with full snow cap.
    This has melted away in the past few decades.
    Only the top crater still contains - sometimes - a msall patch of snow.
    But not anymore visible from far.
    So this important landmark of Africa has lost its TOP feature
