Titicaca lake.

This is El Alto. Highest point on the edge of Titicaca Lake. (altitute 5018 mmeters above sealevel)
Right above the small Bolivian Town of Copacabana (which has given its name to the most famous beach in Rio, belonging to the same overseas province of Spain in those years)
The guy in the white pants sits on the throne of the later famous >Viejo del Alto< who used to sit there elmost every day through decades, entertaining visitors from allover the world.
